Epcot Center in Florida

Epcot Center in Florida , Disney’s second park, is certainly one of the best and the most popular theme parks in the world. Millions of visitors from all over the globe come and visit Epcot Center in Florida every year and with Epcot’s blend of education and entertainment make it an enjoyable experience for guests of all ages.
The park is nearly 300 acres big and opened in 1982. Epcot Center in Florida consists of two sections, Future World and World Showcase. Future World opens at 9am and closes around 7pm.World Showcase opens at 11am and stays open until 9pm. Make sure you are there at 9pm when Illuminations of light show starts. This is truly the “grand-finale” before the park close.
There is so much to see at Epcot that I suggest if you can to spend 2 days in Epcot. You can walk the park at a more leisurely pace and see everything. Epcot Center in Florida is twice the size of Magic Kingdom so make sure you bring comfortable shoes with for all the walking. Plan to spend your day in Future World and then move on to World Showcase.
Future World’s most populare attractions are, Mission Space, Soarin and Test Track. Soarin is the newest ride and is always packed, so make sure you get a Fast Pass for Soarin and then go to the other attractions and come back later with your fast pass. Spaceship Earth is the first thing you will see when you enter the park. It is the Big Golf Ball that can be seen from miles away. Spaceship Earth takes you through the history of communication from the past into the future.
World Showcase consists of different countries where you can experience the food and shopping for each country. World Showcase feature countries as Japan, England, Canada, Mexico, Norway and China. Some countries feature movies or rides, while others are mostly shops and recreations of popular tourist attractions such as the Eiffel Tower. During the day performers are performing outside of China and Paris.
I love Germany. It is like stepping into an authentic German Village with bear and bratwurst. Diners will be treated to dances and yodelers straight from Germany. Entertainment in the Germany section includes a strolling band and a trio of singers.
Illuminations of Light are always a highlight for me to end the day at a great place like Epcot Center in Florida.
